Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Columbia, MD is seeking an Enterprise Application Administrator to manage Deltek Costpoint and boundary applications. You will support administration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and access control across ERP systems critical to defense and government contracts.

The role requires hands-on Costpoint experience, strong SQL and security controls, and collaboration with infrastructure and development teams to ensure reliable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as described in basic qualifications.
• Experience with enterprise ERP and regulated environments.
• Hands-on Costpoint administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise applications including Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Cobra, and Cognos.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user access requests, system errors, and service incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and testing activities to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Administer and maintain RFgen, Datamax label printing solutions, and other assigned enterprise platforms.
• Assist with the support and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion Cloud (EPM), Oracle APEX applications, and UiPath automations.
• Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and user provisioning records.
• Ensure all application changes, access requests, and administrative activities comply with established security, audit, and compliance requirements.
