Job summary

Emerson is seeking a System Integration Intern in Round Rock, TX for Summer 2027 to grow in automation technologies across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in software testing, process control, and system integration with mentorship from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance software tools that improve testing efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
Learn and apply DeltaV Distributed Control System technologies while supporting testing environments.
Configure and implement control strategies, graphics development, and system improvements within DeltaV environments.
Collaborate with engineers to solve technical challenges and support product quality initiatives.
Participate in testing and continuous improvement activities for reliable automation solutions.
Document processes, findings, and recommendations to support project goals.
