This role involves developing automation solutions, working with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate must have a degree in engineering and 3 to 7 years of experience in control systems engineering, particularly with Emerson DeltaV. A passion for innovation and problem-solving in critical environments is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
3 to 7 years of experience in automation and control system engineering.
Familiarity with Historian, Alarm Management, and Advanced Control Strategies.
Understanding of industrial networking for communication between controllers, servers, and HMIs.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems.
Design and program DeltaV batch processes per ISA-88 standards.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Skills
Extensive hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of ISA-88 Batch Processing
Experience with automation protocols
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education
Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering
