Job summary

ACL Digital seeks a Plant Automation professional to lead project implementations of DeltaV DCS, Rockwell PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems across pharmaceutical facilities.

You will support post-implementation activities, train system owners, revise SOPs, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. This role emphasizes capital projects and NPI support in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Plant Automation during project implementation of DeltaV DCS, Rockwell PLC, HMI, and SCADA hardware, software, and RT reporting scope.
• Represent Plant Automation during post-implementation activities, extending hyper-care support, training system owners and Manufacturing, revising SOPs and documents, delivering spare parts, updating Maximo and CMDB.
• Ensure compliance to Engineering and Operational standards, specifications, and procedures during design and implementation.
• Represent Plant Automation and support projects integrating new manufacturing technologies into clinical/commercial facilities.
• Support NPI or new technology introductions by performing automation assessments, implementing changes, and supporting process qualification runs.
• Support a safe working environment by complying with EH&S practices and regulations.
