Delta's MO Corporate Accounting Internship program in Cape Girardeau, MO offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations and mentorship within the Reeves Construction Company division. Students work in diverse administrative and operational areas and apply classroom concepts to real business processes.

Participants gain experience through focused project work, cost accounting, and interaction with Regional Controllers and Staff Accountants, while adhering to safety and ethics policies of Colas

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's degree such as Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain clean driving record required.

Job Summary

Delta's internship program is designed to provide first‑hand exposure to industry operations, as well as 1:1 mentorship and networking opportunities to students in order to supplement college educational programs in the areas of business, engineering, and construction management. Students in the program have the opportunity to work in various administrative and operational areas, contribute to company goals through completion of focused project work, and apply concepts learned in the classroom to business operations.
