Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. seeks a Delphi Software Engineer to maintain a Delphi portfolio while moving to Azure cloud-native solutions built on C#.

You will design and implement modern replacements, ensure data integrity with Oracle/SQL Server, and collaborate across Architecture, Data Engineering and Security teams to meet HIPAA/HITRUST controls. You will document legacy behavior, develop migration plans, and apply secure identity management using Key Vault and Managed Identity.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and developing Delphi desktop and web apps.
• Strong C# development in Azure-native services (Function Apps, App Services).
• Working knowledge of Azure storage, identity, and key vault services.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to reverse-engineer legacy logic and document data flows.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear technical communication.
• Ability to balance stability with modernization pace.
• Successful Health Care Sanctions background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Delphi applications against Oracle/SQL Server.
• Lead modernization to Azure cloud-native solutions using C# and related services.
• Assess legacy apps and design cloud-native replacement architectures.
• Develop migration plans prioritizing risk, complexity, and support burden.
• Write clean C# code and apply Azure security best practices.
• Validate data integrity and logic parity between legacy and modern apps.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Engineering and Security to align with HIPAA controls.
• Document legacy behavior and data flows to preserve knowledge.
• Support dependencies during transition and retirement of Delphi systems.
