CommunityCare, Inc. is seeking a Delphi Software Engineer to maintain the existing Delphi portfolio while guiding migration to Azure cloud-native solutions built on C# (Function Apps, App Services, Storage, Managed Identity, Key Vault).

The role emphasizes keeping health plan software reliable during re-platforming. You will analyze legacy business logic, design cloud-native replacements, and write modular C# services with strong security.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and developing Delphi desktop or web apps.
• Strong C# development with Azure-native services.
• Familiarity with Azure storage, identity, and key vault.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to reverse-engineer legacy logic and document data flows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Health care sanctions background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Delphi apps.
• Lead modernization to Azure cloud-native solutions using C#.
• Assess legacy apps to design cloud-native replacements.
• Develop migration plans prioritizing risk and complexity.
• Write clean C# code with managed identity and Key Vault.
• Validate data integrity and logic parity between legacy and new.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Data Engineering, Security teams.
• Document legacy behavior, data flows, and business rules.
• Support Oracle and SQL Server dependencies during transitions.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
