DELMIA Apriso Solution Architect – Defence Manufacturing

Location: United States – Remote / Client Site

Security Clearance: US Citizens only - we cannot consider Green Card or Visa holders unfortunately

Employment Type: Permanent, W-2

Base Salary: $160,000 – $200,000, depending on experience

Travel: Approximately 25–40%, primarily to US customer manufacturing sites

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced DELMIA Apriso Solution Architect to join a specialist manufacturing technology consulting team supporting major US Aerospace & Defence manufacturers.

This is a senior, customer-facing position responsible for architecting and delivering Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using DELMIA Apriso.

You will work directly with manufacturing, engineering, quality, operations and IT stakeholders to translate complex production requirements into scalable Apriso solutions.

Typical environments will include discrete and complex assembly manufacturing where traceability, quality, configuration control, shop-floor execution and integration with enterprise systems are critical.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Apriso professional looking to take ownership of enterprise-scale manufacturing transformation programmes while working with technically complex defence manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design of enterprise DELMIA Apriso MOM/MES implementations.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture covering manufacturing execution, production operations, quality, material movement, labour and equipment management, and manufacturing traceability.
• Translate customer manufacturing processes and business requirements into scalable Apriso solution designs.
• Define solution blueprints, functional designs, integration architectures and deployment strategies.
• Establish Apriso design standards and ensure solutions remain supportable and scalable across multiple plants and programmes.
• Assess existing Apriso implementations and recommend architectural improvements, upgrades and remediation strategies.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso.
• Previous experience as an Apriso Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Consultant or Senior Apriso Consultant.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise MES/MOM solutions.
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and shop-floor execution.
• Experience gathering manufacturing requirements and translating them into technical and functional solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of Apriso configuration, solution design and integration.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP and/or PLM platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The strongest candidate is likely to have 8–15+ years of manufacturing technology experience, with several years specifically focused on DELMIA Apriso, and has progressed from an Apriso functional/technical consulting background into solution architecture.

You should be equally comfortable walking a defence production line with manufacturing engineers in the morning and presenting an enterprise MES architecture to IT leadership in the afternoon.

This is not simply an Apriso configuration role. We are looking for someone who can understand how a defence manufacturer actually operates, design the appropriate MOM/MES architecture, make the key technical decisions and take ownership of the solution from discovery through deployment.
