Overview

2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Brand Representative to represent Dell inside retail stores, building relationships and brand awareness. The role focuses on engaging store associates and prospective customers, training, merchandising and supporting sales.

Schedule & Location

Tues‑Sat, flexible to support work/life balance. Retail territory in Minneapolis South, MN (70 miles radius); occasional travel outside the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, shoppers, and store leaders.
• Show and demonstrate Dell products, provide hands‑on demonstrations and answer questions.
• Leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products.
• Inspect and reset Dell‑branded displays and marketing materials; ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Travel within assigned territory physically visit retailers, generate brand excitement.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor information; report insights.
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and activities.

Performance Measurements

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
• Schedule and execute store visits at least two weeks in advance.
• Demonstrate ability to influence business relationships through product placement and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical products.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably in direct‑marketing/retail environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative selling mindset; able to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, multi‑tasking, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance covering minimum liability (state‑required).

Compensation & Benefits

• $18 per hour plus weekly pay and next‑day on‑demand pay via DailyPay.
