As a Software Engineer Senior Manager, you will understand the technology environment and business functions and apply your knowledge of programming, technologies and processes to develop and maintain business applications.
You will lead a team that demands technical excellence, whose members are expected to hold each other accountable for the overall success of the end product.

You will:

1. Direct the efforts of the team towards achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
2. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for specialized programs, systems and critical technologies.
3. Assume a lead role within a major project and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements.
4. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators.
