Job summary

F2OnSite is seeking a Dell Field Technician to deliver on-site warranty repair services for Dell PCs, laptops and servers across multiple customers. The role requires completing online certification, bringing your own tools, and styling around flexible hours within 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday.

Occasional out-of-hours work may occur, with strict follow-up timelines to inform customers when work will be completed. A background check may be required by clients.

Qualifications

• Dell Certified Technician status required before work orders are assigned.
• Must complete online training at no cost.
• Candidates may be subject to drug and background checks as required by clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair services for Dell PCs, laptops and servers for multiple customers daily.
• Complete work orders as assigned, with typical availability 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday.
• Bring own tools and, where required, provide own car for site visits.
• Participate in required technical assessment prior to employment.
