TechDigital Group is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM. You will architect and govern data flows, map data, and optimize middleware performance to meet business objectives.

The role requires strong experience with Dell Boomi, API design and management, and data compliance, with emphasis on scalable and secure integrations across systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in integration architecture and engineering with UKG and Oracle HCM.
• Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with API design and management, data mapping and transformation techniques.

• Overall Integration Architecture: Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

• API Management: Oversee API management processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access to integration endpoints.
• Error Handling & Recovery: Design robust error handling and recovery mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity during integration processes.
• Data Transformation & Mapping: Develop and implement data transformation and mapping strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems.
• Integration Patterns: Identify and apply integration patterns that best fit the needs of the organization, leveraging industry standards and practices.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions meet security and compliance requirements, implementing best practices to protect sensitive data.
