Job summary

Stanion Wholesale Electric Co., Inc. in Liberal, KS is seeking a full-time Receiving and Shipping Associate to handle the intake and outbound distribution of merchandise. You will receive deliveries, prepare and ship orders, and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages.

Responsibilities include locating stock, assisting with transfers, and backing up the delivery driver and counter sales as needed. A valid CDL/driver's license, DOT physical, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a driver and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• DOT pre-employment physical required after offer.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate driving record.
• Must obtain forklift safety certification after hire.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds infrequently and 25 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and arrange for shipment of stock and transfers.
• Prepare and ship orders per customer instructions.
• Stock inventory accurately and alert on discrepancies or low levels.
• Attend training and meetings as requested.
• Serve as backup to delivery driver and counter sales.
