Batteries Plus is hiring a Delivery & Warehouse Specialist in Columbia, PA on the first shift. This role focuses on route-based commercial deliveries and warehouse support between runs, serving business clients with batteries and power solutions.

You will drive, load and unload, maintain vehicles, use routing tools, and pursue DOT and forklift certifications. We promote from within and reward reliability, safety, and customer service with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Deliver batteries and power solutions to business clients.
• Provide professional, reliable customer service during deliveries.

• Obtain DOT and forklift certification (company paid).

Location: 336 Poplar Street, Columbia, PA 17512, USA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | First Shift (No Weekends)

Batteries Plus supports fleets, healthcare systems, contractors, and municipalities across the region. Our Commercial Delivery & Warehouse Specialists ensure those customers receive the right products - on time, every time.

This role is primarily route-based delivery with warehouse support between runs. If you're dependable, physically capable, and looking to build a long-term career in logistics and operations, this is a strong opportunity.

Pay & Schedule

• $18.50 – $22.50 per hour
• Monday–Friday First Shift (No Weekends)
• Hourly pay + performance incentives
• Skill-based raises as certifications and responsibilities grow

What You'll Do
