Batteries Plus LLC is seeking a Delivery & Warehouse Specialist (Non-CDL) based in Columbia, PA. This full-time, first-shift role focuses on route-based delivery to business clients, with warehouse support between runs.

You will drive established commercial routes across South Central PA and Northern MD, deliver batteries and power solutions to business clients, provide professional customer service, load/unload inventory, and maintain vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to obtain DOT and forklift certification.
• Strong reliability and communication skills.

Delivery & Warehouse Specialist (Non-CDL)

Location: 336 Poplar Street, Columbia, PA 17512, USA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | First Shift (No Weekends)

Batteries Plus supports fleets, healthcare systems, contractors, and municipalities across the region. Our Commercial Delivery & Warehouse Specialists ensure those customers receive the right products - on time, every time.

This role is primarily route-based delivery with warehouse support between runs. If you're dependable, physically capable, and looking to build a long-term career in logistics and operations, this is a strong opportunity.

Pay & Schedule

• $18.50 – $22.50 per hour
• Monday–Friday First Shift (No Weekends)
• Hourly pay + performance incentives
• Skill-based raises as certifications and responsibilities grow

What You'll Do
