Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Phoenix to load/unload tires, stage products, and deliver to customer locations. You will represent TireHub professionally, maintain safety standards, and build strong customer relationships while supporting warehouse operations.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift certification, and a valid driver's license. Expect a Monday–Saturday shift with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license.
• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
• Must be able to maintain a forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for distribution of tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, and vehicle maintenance.
• Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles.
• Follows safety standards and positions orders in designated locations.
• Operates forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks, observing safety protocols.
• Conducts cycle counts, tallies and labeling for inventory control.
• Duties related to COD payments and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Ensures vehicles stay clean and mechanically sound.
