Job summary

ADP, Inc. in La Palma, CA is hiring a Warehouse Specialist Driver for full-time manual labor. The role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and delivering products, while maintaining safety and order in the warehouse.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, use an ERP system, and ensure accuracy of orders. A high school diploma or GED and a valid CDL/DOT medical certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years in warehouse-related work.
• Care with product codes, quantities, labels, and paperwork.
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Experience operating a commercial vehicle up to 19,500 pounds GVWR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify receipts, and report missing or damaged materials.
• Label and stock products in assigned locations, then pick, pack, and check orders against their tickets.
• Use the ERP system to locate products, print orders, and complete online pickup orders.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, and a company vehicle safely; keep aisles clear and report hazards.
• Support shipping, receiving, transfers, and daily warehouse upkeep as branch needs change.
