Job summary

TruTeam in Fresno, CA is seeking a Warehouse & Driver Associate to bridge our operations and customers on a day-to-day basis. You will store and prepare orders, operate handheld scanners, and deliver goods on schedule with a friendly, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.
• Comfort with handheld scanners and route apps.
• Team-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, log incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prep orders for delivery with scanners.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse tools safely.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles and prevent damage.
• Deliver goods to customers following routes.
• Maintain delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports.
• Keep warehouse organized and safe.
