Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Teammate/Delivery Driver (Non CDL) at our Wilmington, DE location. The role involves safely operating delivery trucks, loading and unloading merchandise, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation.

You will work closely with customers, handle cash for cash sale deliveries, and provide strong service at the point of delivery. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before beginning work and periodically.
• Read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with Company rules and applicable laws.
• Load the truck at the Profit Center with Hajoca merchandise and secure the load.
• Understand the shipping documents and have accurate delivery directions.
• Review shipping documentation for order accuracy.
• Unload merchandise at destination and obtain signatures.
• Collect outstanding payments for cash sale deliveries prior to release.
• Work with customers at delivery site to resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Load at other locations with merchandise and provide sales leads.
• Inspect the truck and required parts for safe operation; report issues.
• Complete safety training and other duties as assigned.
