Job summary

MISA CALIFORNIA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for delivery. You will help maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are handled safely to support excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include unloading and delivering cases, coordinating delivery schedules, managing inventory, picking orders, and operating pallet jacks or forklift when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; second language a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs; operate pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and delivers cases to customers.
• Coordinates delivery scheduling with routing administrator.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and organizes warehouse.
• Picks and pulls orders with verification.
• Keeps lanes and supplies organized; shrink-wraps pallets as needed.
• Operates forklift when required.
• Ensures a safe, clean warehouse and reports damages.
• Provides excellent customer service on the phone and during delivery.
