Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution associate for our Menomonee Falls, WI location.

You will receive, package, store, and ship merchandise, ensuring accurate fulfillment for customers and branches. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing shipping documents, organizing stock for customer pickup, operating a pallet jack or forklift as needed, and assisting in branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and some receiving experience.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to bend and lift items from floor and racks; 50–75 pounds.
• ITAR/CUI access may be required for specific orgs/roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, package, store, and ship merchandise.
• Load/unload, move boxes and skids by hand.
• Prepare boxes, skids, crates with labels and shipping docs.
• Process orders and maintain stock for customer pickup.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Assist in branch operations and training.
