Job summary

Baker Distributing Company LLC is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC goods to customers and Baker locations, ensuring safe, on-time service and professional customer interactions. You will load and unload, verify invoices, support warehouse tasks, and uphold safety standards, with responsibilities spanning operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Applicants should have a valid DOT medical certificate and a willingness to obtain a CDL;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/appliance lift is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and other locations.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts and order verification.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards.
• Operate the truck safely and maintain the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area.
