Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and occasional customer deliveries. This role emphasizes safe forklift operation, inventory control, and accurate order handling.

You’ll load and unload shipments, use a handheld scanner, and potentially serve as a delivery driver in peak times. The team values reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety across all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to operate forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with customers and co-workers.
• Able to read and verify work orders.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in line with safety protocols.
• Manage inventory rotation to ensure stock levels.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments at Pomp’s and client sites.
• Use handheld scanner to track and manage inventory.
• Stand in as delivery driver when needed, ensuring safe deliveries.

We’re looking for a Delivery Warehouse Associate to join our team and play a critical role in our daily operations. This dynamic role plays a vital role in both warehouse operations and product deliveries as needed. This position will primarily support our warehouse team, with occasional driving duties to assist with customer deliveries.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a forklift in line with company training and safety protocols
• Manage inventory rotation to ensure proper stock levels
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments efficiently at both Pomp’s and client site locations
• Use a handheld scanner to accurately track and manage inventory
• Stand in as a delivery driver as needed, ensuring safe and timely product deliveries
• Deliver products in various weather conditions when covering routes, maintaining a clean, well-functioning delivery vehicle during use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Additional tasks as assigned by manager

What You Need:

• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• Ability to drive a forklift, experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and/or move a maximum of 100 pounds
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information
