Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service is seeking a Delivery Warehouse Associate in Missouri to support warehouse operations and occasional customer deliveries. You will operate a forklift, manage inventory, and assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. You’ll work with a team to maintain accuracy with handheld scanners, drive when required, and help ensure timely, safe deliveries while keeping the warehouse clean and

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in line with safety protocols

This dynamic role plays a vital role in both warehouse operations and product deliveries as needed. This position will primarily support our warehouse team, with occasional driving duties to assist with customer deliveries.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a forklift in line with company training and safety protocols
• Manage inventory rotation to ensure proper stock levels
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments efficiently at both Pomp's and client site locations
• Use a handheld scanner to accurately track and manage inventory
• Stand in as a delivery driver as needed, ensuring safe and timely product deliveries
• Deliver products in various weather conditions when covering routes, maintaining a clean, well-functioning delivery vehicle during use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Additional tasks as assigned by manager

What You Need:

• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
• Ability to drive a forklift, experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and/or move a maximum of 100 pounds
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information
