Job summary

Republic & T.F. Ehrhart is seeking a Driver-Warehouse to support customer deliveries and warehouse activities. The candidate will run delivery routes, pull and load orders, and maintain the vehicle while coordinating with the Fleet Manager for maintenance and paperwork.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 0–2 years of warehouse experience, a valid license with a clean record, and DOT safety compliance. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required.
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience depending on role.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• CDL preferred; not required.
• Good customer service skills.
• Energetic.
• Attention to detail.
• Technology proficient - able to use Microsoft products and delivery scanners and tablets.
• Pass a D.O.T. physical.
• Able to pass a drug screen (If CDL).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders on a route.
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
• Ensure vehicle is maintained and report incidents.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager for maintenance and documentation.
• Receive shipments and check for damage.
• Process receiving and transfer paperwork.
• Stock and organize warehouse per FIFO rules.
• Assist other departments with inventory questions.
• Occasionally focus on driving, then return to warehouse duties.
