McLane Company, Inc. in the United States (San Antonio, TX) is hiring a Truck Driver, No CDL. This full-time role involves loading, unloading, documenting deliveries, and occasional warehouse tasks.

A valid license, clean driving record, and a DOT physical are required, with English literacy essential for safety and operations. The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in 3 years; no DWI/DUI in 5 years).
• DOT physical completed as required for position.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well enough to perform tasks and safety protocols.
• Lift and move product and packages up to 75 pounds.
• Non-CDL delivery vehicle operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products at customer sites using a dolly or hand truck.
• Document trip data, receipts, delivery exceptions, and vehicle issues.
• Perform warehouse duties when not delivering.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product damage.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Box Truck Driver operates a non-CDL delivery vehicle to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations. Commercial driving experience is preferred for this position.

What You’ll Do As a Delivery Van Driver

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Delivery Van Driver Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years).
• DOT physical.
• Lift and move product and packages which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
