Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a delivery driver in Durango, CO. The role involves delivering materials, loading/unloading, and ensuring accurate ticketing with the customer. You will perform safety checks, assist with warehouse tasks, and follow DOT regulations.

The position emphasizes a customer-focused approach, with daily routes, a 7am–4pm schedule, and comprehensive benefits. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and the pay range is competitive for the region.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading/unloading and delivering ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refuel as needed, report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, stocking.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a Valid Drivers license
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$15.61 - $23.41

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
