Ferguson is seeking a CDL A driver in Cincinnati, OH to deliver materials and support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT standards, and customer service. Overtime may be required, with a starting wage in the posted range and benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A.
• 1-3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, ensuring ticket matches materials.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel truck as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment; receive and stock incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed; adhere to PPE usage and safety regulations.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and some overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
