Job summary

Ferguson in West Lebanon, NH is hiring a delivery driver. The role requires a CDL A license, 21+ years of age, and adherence to DOT rules. You will deliver materials, assist with warehouse tasks, and maintain safety standards.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime as needed, and a starting pay rate of $29 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate basic tech like iPads, and have customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDL A license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain DOT requirements.
• Must have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, using pallet jack and dolly to load/unload and ensure delivery ticket accompanies material.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel as needed, report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling, packing and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE according to safety rules.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and some overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL A license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• This role involves assisting in the warehouse and yard when not making deliveries.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
