Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class-A License for interstate commerce with doubles endorsement.
• Three years driving experience and/or driving school experience (foodservice delivery preferred).
• Experience supervising people is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct transportation operations for Louisa, KY location.
• Travel to shuttle points in KY/WV/Ohio for evaluations.
• Conduct driver evaluations and onboarding for new hires.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures in transportation.
• Coordinate driver training and ongoing safety programs.
• Maintain driver communications and performance documentation.
• Support route delivery and backfill Transportation Management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
