Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Driver Trainer to develop and deliver in-station and on-vehicle training for Delivery Associates. You will lead classes, mentor trainees, and ensure safety and regulatory adherence across programs.

You will partner with DSPs, Operations teams, and Learning groups to measure outcomes, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement in coaching methods across multiple sites within 50 miles of home station.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to mentor groups in person and adapt to learners.
• Wamiliarity with safety-focused training and DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate driver training classes for up to 30 participants.
• Lead drive-alongs and provide hands-on coaching.
• Coordinate with DSPs, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams.
• Ensure training content aligns with safety, quality and DOT standards.
• Deliver timely training reports and track performance for improvement.
