Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Delivery Technician based in Ohio (Solon area) to transport and install lottery equipment at customer sites. You will conduct service calls, maintain tools and supplies, and assist in repairs and deployments across the state.

The role requires DOT certification or the ability to obtain it, a high school diploma, and comfort with regular travel for on-site work. Physical tasks include lifting and moving equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver lottery equipment to site locations within Ohio.
• Complete service calls at lottery retail locations.
• Assist in installation/removal of equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain and secure tools, test equipment, terminals, parts and supplies.
• Respond to and close service calls; lift and move equipment up to 35 pounds.
• Travel regularly to customer locations for on-site work; bench/depot repairs when not installing/removing.

This position will also complete service calls at a lottery retail location as assigned.-This position will report to the Solon, OH warehouse every day.Pass background check, DOT certification and drug test.Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truckResponsible for the delivery, removal and restocking of all lottery equipment to customer sites and company storage locations within your assigned region.Performs vehicle management functions as set forth in the motor vehicle policy.Assists in lottery equipment installation and removal at customer locations.Responsible for maintaining and secure all assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, parts and supplies prior to leaving site location.Ability to respond and close all service calls as assigned.Ability to understand and use Smart Services.Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (regularly lift or move 35 pounds or more).Regular travel to customer locations for on-site work.Assist in bench/depot repairs of vending equipment when not performing installs/removals or otherassigned driving duties.Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsEducationMust have a high school diploma or equivalency.Must possess or have the ability to acquire a DOT Certification.Years of Related Experience1 year computer software / hardware troubleshooting experience preferred.1 year e xperience driving a box truck preferred.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
