Job summary

Translucent AI is hiring a Delivery Systems Lead in New York to design and run the operating layer behind Customer Engineering. You will create a unified staffing and delivery health system, track accounts and pods, and partner with leadership on what to build first.

This role offers visibility across all accounts from day one, with an emphasis on rigorous governance, reporting, and collaboration with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams. In-office 4 days a week in NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating new systems/tools from the ground up.
• Strong ability to translate contracts/tech docs into an operational view.
• Excellent written communication for documenting decisions and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a single source of truth for staffing, status, and delivery workload across Customer Engineering.
• Map active accounts to product portfolio and maintain scope as accounts evolve.
• Establish a lightweight risk-tracking process for implementations and accounts.
• Build metrics and reporting to measure delivery health, data trust, and implementation quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success.
• Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and lightweight governance.
