Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to oversee delivery drivers and supervise distribution activities.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate deliveries and excellent customer service, with a CDL A preferred and a 1st shift (5:00am start) Monday–Friday; occasional weekend work may be required. You will plan and schedule company transport, monitor driver performance, and ensure vehicle maintenance and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Coordinate and evaluate distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime and overtime.
• Supervise driver performance and enforce disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and address safety issues promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales needs.
