Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Oklahoma City, OK to oversee a team of delivery drivers on a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00am start). CDL A preferred and distribution experience are valuable as you direct, schedule, and evaluate delivery activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Direct, coordinate and evaluate all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime and overtime.
• Monitor driver performance and take disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and repairs/safety issues are addressed timely.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to fulfill daily sales needs.

Delivery Supervisor - Oklahoma City, OK

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising delivery drivers and the evaluation of distribution activities.

Shift and Schedule

• 1st shift
• Monday-Friday
• 5:00am start until finish
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue producing opportunities and minimize downtime and excessive overtime.
• Supervise driver performance and takes proper disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that related repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs.

Total Rewards:

• $70,000 - $80,000 / year
