Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This role oversees delivery drivers, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries while maintaining safety and efficiency across routes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management/supervisory experience
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Direct, coordinate and evaluate all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime and overtime.
• Monitor driver performance and administer disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and repairs/safety issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales needs.
