Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Direct, coordinate and evaluate distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime.
• Supervise driver performance and take disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and timely repairs and safety issues.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales needs.
