Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Union City, GA to lead a delivery team and oversee distribution activities. You will supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport, ensuring accurate deliveries and strong customer service.

The role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday with a 3:00am start and occasional weekend work. Minimum supervisory experience and delivery distribution background are required, with a GED or high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Direct, coordinate and evaluate distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport vehicles to maximize revenue and minimize downtime.
• Monitor driver performance and address safety issues and disciplinary steps as needed.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to fulfill daily sales needs.
