Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize transit times.
• Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, addressing any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are operated safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery, mileage logs, and fuel consumption, and generate performance reports.

Requirements
