Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of CDL and Non CDL delivery drivers.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, ELD, and Hours of Service regulations.
• Conduct driver coaching, ride-alongs, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze routing efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce miles, labor, and transportation costs.
• Oversee maintenance providers to ensure vehicles are safe and available.
• Manage labor scheduling, overtime, and staffing levels.
• Ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance issues are addressed.
• Lead pre-shift meetings emphasizing safety and priorities.
• Review transportation KPIs: on-time delivery, accuracy, DVIR, DOT compliance, accidents, productivity, cost per stop.
