Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in West Virginia is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver wine, spirits, and beer to retail stores, restaurants, and other customer locations across West Virginia. You will operate a non-CDL vehicle, perform inspections, and ensure deliveries arrive in excellent condition.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver products to customer locations per routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and transport products, including cases, kegs, and related merchandise.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other required documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and placed according to customer requirements.
• Collect signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and commercial team members regarding delivery status or issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting, loading, and unloading techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.
