Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Lubbock, TX who will supervise delivery drivers and oversee distribution activities. The role requires a CDL A and starts at 4:00am, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work.

You will coordinate scheduling, ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service, monitor driver performance, and help maintain vehicle readiness and inventory to meet daily sales needs. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.
• CDL A required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Coordinate and evaluate all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime.
• Monitor driver performance and enforce discipline as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and repairs/safety issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales needs.

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising delivery drivers and the evaluation of distribution activities.

This role is based out of our Lubbock, TX branch and supports customers in Lubbock, San Angelo, Amarillo, Midland, Perryton, Presidio, West Texas and greater surrounding areas

Shift and Schedule

• 1st shift
• Monday-Friday occasional weekends as needed
• 4:00am start until finish

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue producing opportunities and minimize downtime and excessive overtime.
• Supervise driver performance and takes proper disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that related repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs.

Total Rewards

• $60,000-$75,000 / year
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
