Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to oversee our delivery drivers and manage distribution activities across Springdale, Joplin, Harrison, and surrounding areas.

The role supports a 1st shift schedule with early starts and occasional weekend work, based at the Springdale, AR branch. Responsibilities include supervising drivers, coordinating routes, ensuring accurate deliveries, and maintaining fleet reliability while focusing on customer service and inventory for daily sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue producing opportunities and minimize downtime and excessive overtime.
• Supervise driver performance and takes proper disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that related repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs.

This role is based out of our Springdale, AR branch and supports customers in Springdale, Joplin, Harrison and greater surrounding areas.

Shift and Schedule

• 1st shift
• Monday-Friday occasional weekends as needed
• 4:30am start until finish

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.

Total Rewards

• $55,700-$74,000 / year
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
