Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Oklahoma City, OK to oversee a team of delivery drivers and evaluate distribution activities. The role operates on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with 5:00am start times and possible weekend work.

The position includes an annual pay range of $70,000–$80,000 with benefits, an annual bonus based on performance, and comprehensive health and retirement programs. Prior supervisory and delivery experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Oversee direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Supervise planning and scheduling of company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime.
• Monitor driver performance and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure vehicles and repairs/safety issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods for daily sales.

Shift and Schedule

• 1st shift
• Monday-Friday
• 5:00am start until finish
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue producing opportunities and minimize downtime and excessive overtime.
• Supervise driver performance and takes proper disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that related repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs.

Total Rewards

• $70,000 - $80,000 / year
