Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a motivated Delivery Operations Supervisor in Michigan to oversee daily delivery activities, driver scheduling, and route optimization. This full-time role offers a starting salary around $70,000 with a target annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3–4+ years related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience or GED with 5+ years related experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, plan driver schedules and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Foster an engaging culture and motivate employees to maintain a high level of performance.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet productivity targets and address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety policies through audits and training.
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules and customer needs.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Associate's Degree with 3–4+ years related experience

GED/HS Diploma with 5+ years related experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved by monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships internally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives
• Other projects or duties as assigned
