Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in New Jersey is seeking a Delivery Specialist to fulfill customer purchases with safe, timely, and professional delivery. You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned product advice, handle returns, and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience across the delivery process.

You will load and unload, inspect vehicles, maintain records, and coordinate with store teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• DOT Medical Card as required

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers on schedule.
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load and unload products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Communicate updates to customers during delivery.
• Assist store personnel and field sales as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges as required.
