Job summary

You will build trusted relationships, offer seasoned advice, and ensure safe delivery, resolving problems and handling returns as required.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to load/unload, and strong customer service skills, with daily interaction with customers and store personnel to meet needs

Qualifications

• Prior truck delivery experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and secure products for transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Keep accurate delivery records and report any issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Communicate with customers and store personnel during deliveries.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or inquiries as needed.
