Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers, maintain delivery vehicle, and provide Legendary Customer Experience through trusted relationships and seasoned advice.

You will load/unload safely, perform pre-trip inspections, and work with store and field teams to ensure on-time deliveries in all weather. A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• DOT Medical Card as required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market while meeting delivery times.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely; operate/maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; maintain delivery records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues during delivery.
• Coordinate with store personnel and field sales to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
