You will load securely, follow routes, unload materials, obtain PODs, and communicate delays. The role emphasizes DOT compliance, vehicle upkeep, and customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and DOT-compliant driving.
• Load Security: ensure the load is properly secured before leaving the yard and after each stop.
• Delivery: follow the route, unload and place materials on the job site as directed by the customer.
• Documentation: obtain POD and note any customer refusals or returns.
• Communication: inform the Customer/Dispatcher of delays or issues.
• Jobsite Signs: ensure jobsite signs are present in trucks and ready for deployment when needed.
• Vehicles: maintain exterior and interior care of vehicles.
