Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Cullman, AL is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver purchased merchandise to customers with a focus on safety and Legendary Customer Experience. You will operate delivery vehicles, load/unload goods, and provide exceptional service with problem resolution.

Requires a valid driver’s license, at least 3 years driving experience, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. High school diploma preferred; DOT medical card may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous truck delivery experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience with MVR check requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers on schedule and with care.
• Maintain delivery vehicle and equipment in clean, organized condition.
• Load and unload products safely using appropriate handling equipment.
• Provide updates to customers during delivery and resolve issues as needed.
• Assist with returns, exchanges or customer inquiries as required.
